The Super Gro (Grolux) lamp made by Sylvania is a 400w HPS Lamp designed to run off a 400w HPS Ballast. It has an approximate lumen output of 56,000 and a CRI of 25. Like all Sylvania lamps it has been successfully adapted to the horticultural market and provides an excellent artificial light source for indoor or greenhouse plants.
